Terms of Purchase – Happy Days Creative

We really want you to love your photos and treasure them.

Everything we do is built around quality and making sure you’re happy with what you receive.

Our Promise to You

If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll put it right.

You can return your order within 28 days of purchase for:

A refund, or
An exchange

Just make sure the items are:

In their original condition
In the original packaging
Sent back with proof of purchase
Returning Your Order

Important:

We strongly recommend getting a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your order.

Without this, we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Processing
Returns are usually processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued once items are received and checked
Proof of purchase is required
Promotional Orders

If your order was part of a special offer (for example, Download All), refunds may be adjusted depending on what is returned.

Digital Downloads

Because downloads are instant and high quality, they are treated a little differently.

What you need to know:
Downloads are available as soon as payment is completed
Images are high resolution and suitable for printing up to 16" x 12"
We recommend saving your images to your device straight away
Refunds on Downloads:
Once images have been downloaded, refunds are no longer available - Unless there is an error from our part on the file.
If you haven’t downloaded them yet, we may offer:
website credit, or
An exchange

Our system records when downloads have taken place.

Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class):

Normally: up to 5 working days
Peak season (September – December): up to 10 working days

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, especially during busy school periods.

A Quick Note

This policy is in addition to your standard consumer rights.
